Responsibilities:

. Manage end-to-end recruitment

. Maintain employee records and HR databases

. Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues

. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

. Coordinate training and development programs

. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
