Manage the HROne Counter and respond to team members on HR questions received through inbound calls, emails or in person, research questions and follow-up with the requestor as appropriate
Use procedures, policy manuals and reference materials to assist in answering employee/manager inquiries and resolving issues
Assist team members with Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service applications
Escalate team members’ inquiries to HR Subject Matter Experts when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required
Maintain employee personal data records in the HR systems
Administer HR related services including preparation of employment certification letters, scanning and digital filing of documents
Facilitate issuance of Nametags to new hires during orientation and ad-hoc request
Liaise with vendor and department administrators on Nametag related requests
