Advise Management on manpower planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Manage employee disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and workplace investigations.
Support annual performance appraisal, salary review, promotion, and succession planning exercises.
