            Responsibilities Performance Management:  Oversee the performance review cycle, advise managers and employees, and ensure fairness and effectiveness. 
Compensation & Rewards:  Assist in executing the rewards strategy and manage compensation and benefits programs. 
Policy Development:  Create, update, and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives and legal requirements. 
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
3-5 years in HR with strong expertise in performance management. 
Understanding of local labor laws and HR regulations. 
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
