Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in HR with strong expertise in performance management.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
