As the HR lead, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment strategies to complex labor relations. This role is hands-on—you aren't just behind a desk; you are a visible leader on the production floor, building trust with hourly employees and coaching salaried leadership. You will manage one direct report and oversee all HR cycles, including budget planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of professional rigor, an even temperament under pressure, and the ability to adapt quickly to the shifting priorities of a modern manufacturing operation.
