1.Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit.
2.Handling compensation & benefits negotiations and administration.
3.Enhancing policies & strategies for greater operational effectiveness & man power deployment.
4.Identifying scope & working on change management.
5.Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
6.Responsible for effective salary & payroll administration, annual increment, bonus and other statutory liabilities pertaining to employees.
