We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a hands-on internship where you will work closely with the team and gain end-to-end exposure to core HR functions. • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
  
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic/virtual interviews
  
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  
• Managing offer roll outs and supporting salary negotiation conversations
  
• Facilitating smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
