Support in compensation benchmarking to help maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal committees.
Preparation of monthly HR KPIs, reporting, and workforce data analysis (headcount, movements, diversity, etc.).
Support in the review and monitoring of the organizational and job structure, including job architecture and role definitions.
Operational support in Workday (data quality and accuracy, position tracking, and organization-related processes).
Participation in transversal projects.
Requisitos:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations / Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, or similar).
