We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist to join our APAC HR team on a 1‑year contract. This is a hands‑on, operations-focused role supporting a hybrid payroll model, where some markets are processed in‑house and others through outsourced payroll vendors.
What You’ll Do Payroll & Compliance - Perform hands‑on, end‑to‑end payroll processing for the assigned markets/countries.
- Manage vendor‑run payroll operations for the assigned APAC countries, including coordinating with payroll providers and validating outputs.
- Review and reconcile payroll inputs/outputs to ensure accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Monitor regulatory updates across APAC labour markets.
- Conduct regular payroll checks, compliance reviews, and support audits.
- Support payroll cut-offs, data submissions, and time‑sensitive deliverables across time zones.
