ABOUT THE ROLE
Support to HR Manager in communication and implementation of Tenneco policies and the programs to implement employee training and development including Labor relations, support recruitment and check legal aspects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.Introduce new employees and training for employees.Manage the recruitment and selection process.Facilitate training and development programs.Responsibility for annual leave and attendance records.Check employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Support HR Manager & Total Rewards to execute the company’s rewarding system and C&B.Administer the company's compensation and benefits ...
