Duties & ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities:
Perform the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing employees, organizing trainings, administering salaries and leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements for the geography. Coordinate open enrolments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs. Respond to human resources-related inquiries. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
