Description Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and Administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include serving as an initial point of contact for employee inquiries, issues, and employee life cycle events. This position will help push forward our positive culture building initiatives and carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, onboarding and off-boarding, policies, procedures, compliance, reporting and analytics, and HR technology.
