The Human
Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations, partnering with leaders
and employees to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-focused HR
services. This role provides broad HR support across employee relations,
onboarding, leave administration support, data integrity, compliance,
performance management, and training coordination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR inquiries and providing guidance on policies, procedures, and practices.
Respond to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
