The HR Generalist I supports the Human Resources and Administration Division in managing legal documentation, employee relations, and compliance processes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists the Employee Relations Manager (ERM) and HR Generalist in drafting and updating company policies and procedures;
- Assist in employee relations and company compliance issues;
- Helps monitor and document employee incidents, ensuring timely issuance and proper filing of related reports (e.g., NTEs, memos, and responses).
- Coordinates schedules for employee conferences or hearings and assists in preparing the necessary documentation.
- Assists in processing employee deductions related to benefits, disciplinary sanctions, or payroll adjustments in coordination with HR Payroll and Accounting.
- Ensures confidentiality of all employee-related records and concerns handled;
- Assist in ad hoc ER projects;
