QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, and any Human Resource related course

Experience: at least 2 years of related work experience

Training: at least 8 hours of relevant training

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Good organizational and presentation skills
• Drafting of memoranda and other business correspondences

EMPLOYMENT STATUS

The selected candidate shall be hired as an employee of DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but will be deployed to the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an assigned staff. As a DBPSC employee, s/he shall be entitled to the following benefits:
