Within our manufacturing facility in Fort Morgan, Leprino is seeking an HR Generalist I to support our people, leaders, and operations as we continue to grow our cheese and dairy ingredients business. This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure day-to-day HR support, compliance, and workforce needs are handled effectively, consistently, and with care.


At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $77,000 and $86,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.


What Youll Do:

+ Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and leaders across the plant through consistent presence and clear communication.

+ Coordinate daily HR office activities, including accurate recordkeeping, file management, and smooth employee-facing processes.

+ Apply attendance and timekeeping policies consistently, coaching employees when issues arise and documenting outcomes.
