Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources / Talent Acquisition professional to support recruiting, employee engagement, onboarding, HR administration, and workforce planning initiatives. This role will partner with leadership and hiring managers to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
+ Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
+ Coordinate interviews, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding activities.
+ Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.
