Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of blue-collar employees documentation joining formalities induction
  • Handle attendance leave and overtime tracking in coordination with operations and payroll
  • Ensure timely visa processing renewals and compliance with UAE labour laws
  • Coordinate with PRO payroll and admin teams for smooth employee lifecycle management
  • Address employee queries grievances and disciplinary issues at ground level
  • Support recruitment coordination for bulk hiring interviews shortlisting joining follow-ups
  • Maintain employee records files and HR systems accurately
  • Monitor attrition absenteeism and manpower gaps and share regular reports
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs across locations
  • Coordinate for uniforms ID cards accommodation and transport where applicable
