Our client, a dynamic and growing tech company based in Stellenbosch, is looking for an detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with 4–6 years of experience to support and enhance join their team and enhance ther HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with payroll administration, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement initiatives, and accurate HR reporting and record keeping. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
