**Job Title:** HR Generalist (3rd Shift)
**Location:** Onsite in Whitakers, NC
**Pay Rate:** $35/hr
**Duration:** 6 months with potential for extension

**Position Overview:**
Join our People Support team as an HR Generalist for our 3rd shift. This is an onsite, trial position designed to provide HR support during hours when there previously has been none. Should the pilot go well, there may be an opportunity for extension.
**Schedule:**

+ Training: M-F, 12pm–6pm (first couple weeks)
+ After Training: M-F, 4pm–1am (with a 1-hour break)

**Responsibilities:**

+ Handle all employee relations activities
+ Counsel and coach managers on HR matters
+ Serve as subject matter expert for HR policies
+ Own and update HR processes and documentation
+ Respond to employee requests through Service Now ticketing system
