Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and employment. Support annual audits and provide necessary documentation. Employee Support : Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Provide assistance in onboarding new employees and managing benefits enrollment. Administrative Tasks: Support HR initiatives and projects as needed. Assist in maintaining employee files and other HR documentation. Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
