Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Preparing employment contracts and HR letters.
- Managing employee records and attendance.
- Processing leave, claims and payroll support.
- Handling staff training and development coordination.
- Assisting with performance appraisal processes.
- Ensuring compliance with MOM and company policies
- Supporting employee engagement and welfare activities.
