Job Scope: Assist with recruitments and employee life-cycle Provide advice and support to department managers on HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices. Assist in HR planning, manpower strategies, and workforce development. Support talent acquisition efforts (especially for social service/eldercare roles). Analyse HR data (e.g. turnover, staffing needs) to inform decisions. Contribute to HR projects such as digitalisation and career framework development. Coordinate HR-related board/subcommittee meetings and documentation. Support training needs analysis and L&D planning. Administer funded training programmes and capability-building initiatives.
