Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, fast‑paced HR Executive specializing in Blue‑Collar Onboarding. In this role you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end mobilization and lifecycle management of large‑scale outsourced workforces, including technicians, laborers, and skilled trades under our EOR and staffing models. The ideal candidate must excel in mass mobilization, visa processing coordination, and ensuring that hundreds of employees are deployed to client sites efficiently and in full compliance with UAE Labor Laws.
