Tasks
- 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media platforms,
networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct
initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
3. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a
positive and professional experience for all applicants.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, establish job
requirements, and develop job descriptions.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers,
and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
