Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receives and evaluates incident reports from the Area Supervisor/s, Account Officers, Team Leaders, and Clients, and observes the due process of handling disciplinary action.
- Coordinates with Supervisor/s, Account Officer/s, Team Leader/s, and/ or Client on further handling of disciplinary action.
- Prepare a status report on disciplinary handling of the reported incidents, and send to the department and/or client concerned.
- Endorse the back to office/ EOC personnel to the Dispatch team for reassignment.
- Monitor and process notices to employees for AWOL, Back to Office, manpower reduction, EOC/ terminated contract with client.
- Prepare a summary report of disciplinary action.
