HR Director, Southeast Asia | B2B - up to 180k/annum

Frazer Jones is appointed on an exclusive and confidential basis to appoint a HR Director to oversee the Southeast Asia region (total of 5 markets, headcount of <1000). This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore and is 5-days onsite in office (Central). In this critical and newly created role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR agenda for the corporate office in Singapore and lead a team of HR members across Southeast Asia. With the business entering a strategic phase of expansion in key growth markets, this role will be integral in strengthening HR fundamentals, building organisational capability, and ensuring the HR function effectively supports the region’s long‑term commercial objectives.
