Position Overview We are looking for an HR Director for Chile to lead our people agenda and be a true strategic partner to the business. In this role you will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive organizational performance through strong leadership, talent, culture, and people decisions — while staying true to our values.
Key Responsibilities - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization, talent, and leadership decisions.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership quality, team effectiveness, and performance.
- Lead the market talent agenda, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Balance strategic HR leadership with strong operational excellence.
- Ensure people practices are impactful and aligned with regional and global frameworks.
- Represent adidas Chile externally, strengthening our employer brand and market presence.
