Full responsibility for all areas of HR, both strategically and operationally, aligning HR policies, processes and procedures to the Group.

Accountability for SHE related activities.
Lead key programmes and projects such as employee engagement survey, HRIS integration and change management, and provide coaching and development to senior leaders.

Qualifications
Senior HR level Head or Director experience with site HR based experience within supply chain/logistics, engineering/manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar environment.
Broad commercial and HR generalist experience with ability to work in a strategic and operational capacity.
Strong knowledge of IR and UK employment law.
