As an **HR Direct Specialist** you will be responsible for:

+ acting as the first point of contact by independently handling all incoming inquiries related to general and specific HR topics, as well as providing user support for HR systems,
+ driving a positive employee experience by advising employees, HR interfaces, and internal and external customers on HR-related topics—including complex cases—primarily via email and phone, using your German and English communication skills,
