Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Responsible for leading hourly hiring activities – pre-screening candidates, interviewing, facilitate orientation, preparation of new hire packages
- New hire setup (timely and accurate preparation of WIN-PAK time cards, entering documentation in SAP and Kronos in a timely manner)
- Partner with leaders to identify recruiting needs and play an active role in the selection process
- First point of contact for all HR inquires
- Ensure people movement (new hires, voluntary and involuntary terminations, promotions, transfers etc.) is flawlessly executed in SAP
