We are looking for a Qualified and Experienced HR practitioner to lead our Internal Human Resources Management, FICA Compliance and HR administration across all branches.
A hybrid role for someone who can think strategically and execute practically.
Responsibilities:
- Strategin HR management, policy implementation and labour relations (CCMA, disciplinary)
- Recruitment, induction, performance management and FASSET WSP/ATR submissions
- HR Administration: contracts, personnel files, leave and PaySpace payroll processing
- FICA compliance: CDD/EDD, monitoring, record-keeping and staff training
- POPIA compliance and liaison with the Compliance Offices
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations
- Minimum 5 years experience - preferably in a financial or professional services environment
