**The HR Talent Partner (HRTP) – Digital &Technology is a strategic partner to leaders across Guardian’s Digital & Technology (D&T) organization, enabling the execution of business and transformation priorities through effective talent, organizational, and leadership strategies.**

**This role works closely with senior Technology leaders to align talent strategy with enterprise priorities, support operating model evolution, and drive organizational effectiveness. The HRTP will play a critical role in enabling Guardian’s transformation agenda, including digital modernization, AI transformation, and the evolution to product- and platform-based ways of working while readying the workforce for the future.**

+ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or Talent Partner roles and developing junior HRTPs.
