The HR Business Partner is responsible for administration of all Human Resources areas on the regional business operations of North Luzon.
Responsibilities
Administers behavioral interview on all supervisory and managerial candidates (internal and external) with the hiring manager on final hiring, transfer, promotion decisions.
Direct partnership with colleges and universities for fresh and recent college graduate pipelines.
Develop and maintain service level agreements with the operations team specifically in strategic recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
Facilitates and documents skip‑level meetings between Regional Managers and Branch Heads, and between Area Managers and branch employees.
Constructively delivers positive and negative feedback to Regional Managers, Area Managers and Branch Heads via coaching and mentoring.
