We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Business Unit (BU) management team to enable the business to perform and execute the strategy from a people-point of view. The HRBP implements the people strategy in the BU to address the business needs, aligned with Nammo strategy to ensure the BU’s short
- and long-term success. This role is integral in implementing and supporting talent management, talent acquisition, competence development, and change management at the BU level. The HRBP is a key liaison between Corporate HR and country/site-level operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and value-adding HR processes aligned with Nammo’s HR operating model.
