Key aspects of the role include:
Ensuring the implementation of and compliance to HR processes, local programs and policies in market as aligned with business leaders
Providing support to business leaders across sectors, focusing on employee engagement, local talent development and coaching
Ensuring compliance with labour regulations within the UAE
Creating cultural discipline, developing diverse workforce plan, and developing country talent strategy and Emiratisation to grow diverse talent; Improving the culture, talent and capabilities of the employees in the UAE
Managing headcount and planning workforce to optimize efficiency; providing advice on performance-related issues
Ensuring effective performance & development management support are provided
