HR Business Partner - Bilingual (BPO Operations)

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our BPO operations by partnering closely with leaders and employees to drive engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and overall employee experience.

This role serves as a strategic partner to Operations, helping leaders develop high‑performing teams while supporting key people initiatives and business objectives.
