Description
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Factory HR Business Partner to join our 6th of October plant and lead the plant people agenda enabling strong performance, safe operations, engaged teams, and a sustainable talent pipeline. Based at the factory and reporting to the Africa & Trading Head of People & Performance, you’ll partner closely with the Plant Leadership Team to translate business needs into a clear people plan.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead performance management initiatives
Lead organizational planning efforts for leadership positions and critical roles
Participate in interview and selection panels
Facilitate the movement of talent within and across functions
Work with leaders and employees to actively manage and resolve performance issues proactively
