Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR leadership at the plant level, while influencing talent and culture strategically.
• Act as the face of HR in Legazpi, managing day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement, foster a positive labor climate, and support integration and transformation processes.
• Strengthen labor relations and build trust with employee representatives during the first year.
• Lead and implement talent strategies and advise on HR policies.
• Deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, training, development, performance, succession planning, compensation & benefits, and retention.
• Use HR analytics and KPIs (absenteeism, workforce metrics, costs) to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
