Location: Honolulu

Pay: $19 – $24/hr. (DOE)

The HR Benefits Coordinator supports benefits, onboarding, HRIS, and compliance functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners, ensuring accurate HR operations and a positive employee experience. 

Job Duties:
Administer health & welfare plans (enrollments, changes, billing, issue resolution)

Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities

Maintain HRIS records (hires, transfers, terminations) with high accuracy

Track recruiting data, reporting, and dashboards
