Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Management Job Portal Management
: Draft and post compelling job descriptions on job portals, ensuring compliance with TGFEP Fair Employment Guidelines.
Effective Screening:
Conduct rigorous phone/video screenings to vet candidates for technical certifications (BCA/MOM licenses) and cultural fit for site environments.
Hiring Manager Liaison
: Follow up closely with hiring managers to align on manpower needs, schedule interviews, and gather feedback to close vacancies efficiently.
Employee Lifecycle Onboarding & Offboarding:
Lead the orientation for new hires (office and site-based) and manage the exit interview process.
Benefits Administration:
Manage group insurance (GHS/GPA/WICA), medical claims, and leave records serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing company events, town halls, and long-service awards.
