Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee documentation, payroll
  • Need to do outside work such as JPJ affairs, send documents, pick up documents, buy office supplies and others
  • Have a license driving
  • Handle general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment inventory, and facilities
  • Assist in foreign worker management (fomema & imigresen)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
