The department delivers administrative support, ensures compliance with employment legislation, and drives the development and implementation of HR policies and practices to enable business growth and operational excellence.

JOB OBJECTIVE

To provide an effective and efficient HR advisory service, delivering legally compliant guidance to managers, senior leaders, and employees across the business.
