Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial relations processes, including performance management, disciplinary hearings, and grievance procedures
- Maintain professional relationships with relevant SETA authorities
- Administer employee benefits, including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, and related employee benefit schemes
- Ensure accurate leave management and attendance administration
