Job Description

  • Ensures HR-related processes, from onboarding to offboarding, are executed by collaborating with multiple departments (HR Specialists, Finance, Legal, and Accounting).
  • Assists HR Specialists with employee orientations and addresses employee inquiries.
  • Maintains and secures employee records, ensuring databases are updated and confidentially managed within HR files.
  • Prepares all HR-related documents requiring attention and signatures.
  • Coordinates with the Marketing department for employee IDs and other HR-related requests.
  • Tracks and transmits all signed documents required for payroll and benefits processing (e.g., government numbers, ATM accounts) to the CompBen Specialist and Finance.
  • Monitors and reports changes in employee movement and employment status to managers.
