Ensures HR-related processes, from onboarding to offboarding, are executed by collaborating with multiple departments (HR Specialists, Finance, Legal, and Accounting).
Assists HR Specialists with employee orientations and addresses employee inquiries.
Maintains and secures employee records, ensuring databases are updated and confidentially managed within HR files.
Prepares all HR-related documents requiring attention and signatures.
Coordinates with the Marketing department for employee IDs and other HR-related requests.
Tracks and transmits all signed documents required for payroll and benefits processing (e.g., government numbers, ATM accounts) to the CompBen Specialist and Finance.
Monitors and reports changes in employee movement and employment status to managers.
