Job Scope:

1. Assist supervisor in the management of interns:
a. Preparation of monthly allowance to interns
b. Prepare intern's offboarding and other related operational administrative duties 2. Assist supervisor in the post contract management of augmented resources:
Schedule interviews
Arrange for security screening
Prepare for onboarding / offboarding of augmented resources
Conduct induction program for augmented manpower
Monitoring of augmented manpower's attendance sheets for payment purposes
Liaise with contractors on invoicing
Update internal records of augmented manpower. 3. Assist supervisor in calling contract for augmented resources when necessary e.g. compile requirements, compile vendor assessment.

4. Must work on weekend and can speak mandarin and writing

Requirements:

  • Staff should have knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office.
