What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment administration
- Completing reference and compliance checks
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR registers
- Preparing employment contracts and related documentation
- Managing HR inboxes and responding to queries
- Supporting training systems and HR databases (Ideagen, Care Systems)
- Assisting with HR projects and general admin support
