Job Description
Leads, plans and implements efficient processes to ensure timely and accurate payroll and employee benefits, and delivers administrative requirements of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares bi-monthly payroll, including adjustments, deductions, and commissions (MyHR)
- Uploads payroll entries in Epicor before month-end
- Ensures timely statutory remittances (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Validates time records and invoices of agency personnel
- Manages employee benefits enrollment, updates, and offboarding
- Submits payroll and overtime reports with variance analysis
- Assists in policy development and supports HR functions as needed
Administration
- Maintains and secures corporate documents
