Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, drafting salary proposals, and preparing appointment letters.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documents, work-pass applications/renewals, orientation for new hires, and managing exit clearance for departing staff.
Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files, staff data (joining/leaving, leave entitlements, benefits, work-pass status), attendance, timesheets, overtime and leave records.
Oversee payroll-related matters, including CPF submissions, IR8A, government-paid leave schemes, foreign worker levy waivers, and staff medical/insurance where applicable.
Coordinate staff training and development programmes.
