Role Purpose:

To support the growth and profitability goals of SPMI by overseeing Manila Office and Baybay Plant HR operations and Administration.

Role Responsibilities:

- To provide HR management, development and administrative services in the areas of:

  • manpower planning and acquisition
  • compensation and benefits
  • training and development
  • organization development
  • performance management
  • labor and employee relations.
  • - To provide recommendations and assistance in developing annual HR and Administration plans to support organizational mission, vision, values, business plans, goals and strategies.
